New Hong Kong Night Skyline Hong Kong - October 2004

Hong Kong's Skyline is now dominated by the new 88 storey, second phase of the International Finance Centre (IFC2), which towers over the IFC1.

The Bank of China Building on the left, now seems small in comparison.

Star Ferry Hong Kong
Hong Kong is a City of contrasts. Old and new. The Star Ferries are over 100 years old, and still carry passengers back and forth across the harbour.

Mid Autumn Festival is celebrated sometime between the end of September and early October, depending on the Lunar calendar.

In Victoria Park, colourful paper lanterns are displayed, this coiled Dragon is about 3 meters high.

Mid Autumn Festival is also celebrated by the giving and eating of Moon-Cakes, these are small sweet pastry cakes are filled with Lotus seed paste, and in the centre is a hard egg yolk. They are really nice.
